With Truffle Honey, husband and wife Mike and Collette have taken their partnership to a whole new level. Mike heads up the private chef side of the company and the kitchen team, he started his career by studying Culinary Arts in Limerick and has his first placement as a chef in the luxurious Park Hotel Kenmare and then went on to work in some of the finest hotels and restaurants in Ireland, with so much knowledge and experience behind him, Mike knows food that even the most discerning guests will love. Collette leads the incredibly polished front of house team as well as helping to plan your event from the very beginning. She was born into a guesthouse and grew up surrounded by hospitality, from table and menu design, she will liaise closely with you to ensure your every need is met.

Our bespoke menus are able to suit all occasions, served up by award-winning chefs and friendly local servers. We can even accommodate for guests who have allergies and certain dietary requirements such as vegetarian options.
