Pan seared with samphire, brown shrimp, fennel, confit potato


Kerry Hill Lamb

Roasted rump and braised shoulder, leeks, potato gnocchi, garlic jus


Venison

Roasted Kerry hill venison, venison pie, mulled wine jus


Pork fillet

Pancetta and sage wrapped pork fillet with carrot, charred broccoli, potato, cafe au lait


Risotto

Butternut squash, pine nuts and Cashel blue cheese


Strudel 

Roasted sweet potatoes in filo pastry, pine nuts, vegan cheese, spiced puy lentils
